These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your application to, membership of, and attendance at events organised by Out Of Office Hour ("OOOH Club", "the Club", "we", "us"). By submitting an application, purchasing a membership or ticket, or attending any Club event, you agree to these Terms.
Membership is open to individuals aged 21 to 60 and is granted at the Club's sole discretion. Every application, including those fast-tracked with a member's referral code, is subject to curation and may be declined without reason given. Membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend, warn, or revoke any membership at any time for conduct we consider inconsistent with the spirit of the Club, with no refund of membership fees in cases of misconduct.
Tickets are valid only for the named member or guest and any registered +1. All tickets are non-refundable. Cancelling a ticket releases your seat but does not return payment. The single exception: where an event is cancelled by OOOH Club, the ticket price is refunded in full (as club credits for members, or to the original payment method for public guests). Cancellations are not accepted within 6 hours of an event's start time. The Club may alter venues, timings, or programming. Venue details may be withheld until close to the event as part of the Club's format.
We reserve the right to photograph and film at all Club events, and to use all such photos and footage, which may include your image and likeness, for the Club's marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials, without further notice, permission, or compensation. By attending any Club event you consent to this use. If you would like a specific image of yourself taken down, contact us at hello@outofofficehour.com and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.
You attend all Club events voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, OOOH Club, its founders, organisers, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings arising out of or in connection with attendance at any event, including events involving physical activity (such as padel, hikes, water sports, and yacht outings) or the consumption of alcohol. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to participate in any activity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Club runs on one rule: zero judgment, full respect. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or making other members feel unsafe will result in removal from the event and may result in a ban without refund. Contact details shared with you by other members (including through the Club's connection features) are for personal networking only and must not be used for unsolicited marketing, mass outreach, or be shared with third parties.
Paid membership tiers renew annually and are charged in Singapore Dollars. Club credits and leaderboard points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of abuse (including artificial farming of rewards). Referral credits are payable only when a nominee is approved by our curation team. We may modify tier benefits, pricing, and reward mechanics; material changes will be announced in the app.
You retain ownership of content you post inside the Club (including the Signal Board and Asks & Offers). You grant the Club a licence to display it within the platform. We may remove any content at our discretion, and posting contact details, links, or promotional content where prohibited may result in removal of content or membership privileges.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For events run by external organizers on the OOOH Club platform: the platform fee is 7% of the ticket price plus S$0.80 per paid ticket, calculated per ticket in exact cents; free tickets carry no fee. The platform fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where a ticket is refunded. Fees, penalties, and costs arising from payment chargebacks or disputes on an organizer's event are borne by the organizer and may be deducted from settlement payouts. Settlement reports are issued after each event ends and constitute the definitive record of amounts payable.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued membership after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
