The Marketplace sits inside the organizer portal, so you need an organizer account to use it. Applying takes two minutes and we approve within a day.

Get booked by organizers and companies in Singapore.
List your venue, kitchen, crew, activity or vehicles once. When an organizer or a company plans an event with us, we match the brief to the suppliers that fit, and they ask you for a quote.
- You pay only when booked. Our fee is 15% of your quote, taken from the client's deposit.
- Your choice of who pays the fee. Absorb the 15%, or have the client pay it on top.
- Your details stay private until a client pays a deposit to book you.
- Quote from your phone in the supplier portal, line by line.
This is when you absorb the fee. If the client pays it on top, they pay S$1,150 and you receive the full S$1,000. You choose the deposit: 20%, 30%, 50% or 100%.

Are suppliers checked?
We review every listing before it goes live, and we can pause a listing at any time.
Why are names hidden before booking?
So the booking, the deposit and the protection that comes with it stay on the Marketplace. Names and contacts are shared on both sides the moment the deposit is paid.
What if a supplier cancels?
If a supplier cancels a confirmed booking, the organizer's deposit is refunded in full.
Can I book a supplier outside the Marketplace?
Clients you meet here are booked through the Marketplace for 12 months after they first ask for a quote. That is how we keep it worth listing for suppliers.
